Boyce established the Group Salary Continuance, Group Life and TPD insurance plan to provide financial support to you and your family should you be unable to work due to an injury or illness. Boyce pays the total insurance premium. 

Salary packaging

You can incorporate different items within your total salary package to suit your circumstances. This can include additional superannuation, rent (in Cooma and Moree only), and motor vehicles.

Flexible work arrangements

Boyce recognises the need to balance personal, family and study commitments with your work by providing flexible work arrangements including variable hours and part-time options.

Employee Assistance Program

Our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers staff the opportunity to talk confidentially to trained counsellors about the issues they are experiencing. This is a free counselling service offered to all employees.
