Executive Assistant/Admin Support

What will you do?

This new position offers a wide scope of tasks, with opportunities to take on projects and additional responsibilities that compliment your skillset. In addition to routine EA tasks, you will be comfortable providing Administrative support to the Wagga office and Admin Team.

Some of the more routine tasks include diary management, coordination of office events, coordination of travel and accommodation, coordination of business meetings and relief for reception.

Hours are flexible; tell us what hours you would like to work! As a starting point, we are ideally looking to fill the role for 15 to 22.5 hours per week inside of our business hours which are 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

About You – Selection Criteria

The successful applicant will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong experience in a similar role as an Executive Assistant or in Admin Support.  
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to take initiative to plan, organise and prioritise administrative processes and tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish friendly and professional relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Display a high level of communication skills with an ability to communicate effectively using a variety of mediums.
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office applications and other software packages associated with the role;
  • Ability to work undirected and take responsibility for following through on tasks;
  • Demonstrated ability to work in an efficient manner while ensuring utmost confidentiality and discretion.

Most importantly, we’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong fit for our team and the right attitude. Relevant experience as an EA or in Administration Support within a professional office is essential.
